JOB SUMMARY
Paint Line Operators are essential to daily production operations at IMT Precision. This role is responsible for loading and unloading components onto an automated paint line, maintaining high quality standards, and ensuring paint equipment is operating efficiently.
Successful candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and flexibility to work rotating shifts. All required training, including specialized respirator training, is provided in-house to ensure success in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Salary: $26.54 / hour
Job Requirements – Paint Line Operator
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset.
- Ability to work rotating Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive lifting using hoists.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer skills for completing production and quality records.
- Willingness to complete respirator training and follow all safety procedures.
- Reliable team player with good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent.
- Shift Availability: Must be able to work and rotate across all three shifts (Days, Afternoons, Nights).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive lifting utilizing hoists.
- Core Skills: High attention to detail, robust communication skills, a willingness to learn, and basic computer literacy for loggingproduction records.
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
