PRIMARY FOCUS

Jandel Homes is seeking a reliable Assistant Carpenter/Construction Service Technician. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, the Assistant Construction Service Technician is a professional, well-organized, detail-oriented and dynamic individual. This non-supervisory position will be responsible for the setup and repair of modular and manufactures buildings.

We are looking for workers that have a flexible schedule and can work in and out of town. This individual must have experience in finishing carpentry along with various experience in exterior construction work such as siding, shingles, fascia and soffit installation.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

- Building steps
- Shingling
- Siding
- Skirting
- Soffit/Fascia installations
- Door/Window installations
- Finishing carpentry
- Modular home setup
- Levelling buildings

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS

- Exterior construction experience
- Carpentry experience
- Basic Electrical/Plumbing experience
- Modular/Manufactured industry experience preferred.
- Professionalism
- Organization skills
- Cleanliness
- Class 5 driver’s license




- Must be able to work unsupervised and as well as in a team setting
- Must be able to work out of town Monday to Friday with occasional weekends Accommodations and meal allowances are provided.
