We are seeking a talented and creative Sign Maker to bring visual communication to life through expertly crafted signage. Your expertise in digital and physical sign production will play a vital part in elevating our clients’ environments, whether for retail, corporate, or event spaces. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients and design teams to interpret signage requirements and develop detailed production plans.
- Utilize advanced graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and InVision to create compelling visual layouts.
- Prepare digital files for manufacturing by ensuring proper formatting, color accuracy, and specifications for various materials.
- Operate sign-making equipment including vinyl cutters, laminators, roll to roll and flatbed printers and all common fabrication tools and equipment
- Apply finishing techniques such as mounting, lamination, painting, or assembling components to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship,



including installations and site surveys.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in signage technology to continuously improve your craft.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sign shop production physical sign fabrication and installations
- Strong proficiency in design principles, graphic design and sign shop procedures
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Sketch, CorelDRAW, and InDesign.
- Ability to operate sign-making equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent presentation skills for client consultations and project proposals.
