Job Description

Position Type: Part-time, Fixed-term Contract
Schedule: Approximately 8 hours per week, including evening or weekend availability. In-person sessions required on weekends, starting from September.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in Marriage/Couple & Family Therapy, Counselling Psychology, Psychotherapy, or a related field
- Registration and good standing with CRPO (RP), CAMFT, OAMFT/CACFT, or OCSWSSW
- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing for adolescents(12+), individuals and couples therapy
- Proof of professional liability insurance
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with accountability and reliability
- EMDR training is considered an asset

Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality adolescents(12+), individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential client records
- Communicate clearly, compassionately,



and professionally with clients and colleagues
- Demonstrate a solid work ethic through reliability, preparation, and consistent follow-through
- Manage time effectively while working independently
