Under the supervision of the Operations Director, the Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for managing projects and business relationships from the client portfolio assigned to them. In this context, they lead, supervise, and train project managers and teams assigned to projects within their portfolio. Focused on producing efficient results, they collaborate in identifying necessary improvements related to the project management system, testing methodology, and tools, and oversee the integration of new developments. They participate in the company’s evolution as a member of the Management Committee.

Have a continuous 5 years of experience as an operations supervisor in the IT, video game, multimedia, or web industry,



including managing a client portfolio;

Have a continuous 3 years of experience managing a team of 25 employees or more;

Hold a degree in management, administration, project management, or the equivalent at the college or university level, or equivalent experience;

Being bilingual – English and French – with great redaction skills in English;

Possess marked interpersonal abilities as well as customer service experience;

Demonstrate planning and organizational capabilities;

Mastering MS Office Suite;

Easily compose with multiple changes and priorities.
