Job Description

Qualified Summary

Business Systems Analyst with strong knowledge of Wealth Management and Capital Markets operations, supporting the end-to-end trade lifecycle across equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income products (GICs/Bonds), Principal Protected Notes (PPNs), and Structured Notes. Expertise in trade order management, trade execution workflows, market data integration, order amendments/cancellations, settlement processes, and regulatory compliance.



Strong understanding of advanced trading concepts including multi-leg option strategies, long/short positions, buying power calculations, margin requirements, and real-time portfolio impacts. Experienced in bridging business and technology teams to deliver trading platform enhancements, process improvements, and production support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Markets & Wealth Product Knowledge

Trade Lifecycle Management

Managed end-to-end trade processing from order entry, validation, routing, execution, allocation, settlement, and reporting.

Analysed trade status throughout the lifecycle, including:

Order Management System (OMS)

Trade amendments and cancellations

Options & Advanced Trading Concepts

Analysed impacts of complex option trades on client portfolios and account buying power.

Supported business requirements related to derivative trading workflows and risk controls.

Buying Power & Margin Analysis

Analysed buying power availability based on:

Calculated buying power impacts resulting from:

Market Data & Risk Management

Business Analysis Responsibilities

Conducted requirement elicitation sessions with Wealth Management, Trading, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams.

Produced:

Facilitated stakeholder workshops and gap analysis sessions.

Supported Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and participated in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT activities.
