Duties

- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to accurately diagnose system issues.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably.
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems using specialized tools and techniques, including plumbing, welding, and appliance repair skills.
- Conduct boiler system checks and repairs to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with construction teams during new installations or upgrades of HVAC infrastructure.




- Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance data.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or mechanic with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
- Skilled in plumbing, welding, boiler operation, and appliance repair.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately.
- Construction experience is a plus for installation projects.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, including mechanical components and electrical controls.
- Prior experience with maintenance of boilers or other large mechanical equipment preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues efficiently.
- Valid certification or license related to HVAC or mechanical work is highly desirable.

Pay: $45.00-$75.00 per hour
