About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to join our operations team. This leadership role is responsible for supervising cleaning crews, training new employees, conducting site inspections, supporting safety compliance, and assisting the Operations Manager with daily operations.

The successful candidate will lead by example, ensure high-quality service delivery, and provide support to field staff while maintaining company standards and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and support cleaning crews at various residential, commercial, and industrial job sites.
- Train and onboard new employees on company procedures, cleaning standards, and safety protocols.
- Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of workplace health and safety policies.
- Assist the Operations Manager with scheduling, quality control, and daily operational needs.
- Drive crew members to job sites when a designated driver is unavailable.
- Perform routine inspections of company vehicles and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Address employee and client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure crews arrive on time and are properly equipped for each job.
- Complete inspection reports and communicate findings to management.
- Assist with cleaning duties as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License (required).
- Clean driving record.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.




- Previous qualified cleaning experience is an asset.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Comfortable driving throughout Calgary and surrounding areas.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform physical cleaning duties when required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Must be able to pass a background check.

- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Full-time
