We are looking for All-Terrain Forklift Operators to join our client's highly team. If you are enthusiastic about individual and organizational growth and believe you can contribute to their growing success, this may be the position for you.

Helping customers’ visions become reality is what they do. They design, manufacture, and inventory an extensive selection of hardscape concrete products including paving stones, walkway slabs, yardscapes, landscape/retaining walls, and garden walls – available in colors and textures rivaled only by nature.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate all-terrain forklift to pull product from manufacturing lines and place in outdoor yard areas
- Work with truck drivers to ensure products are safely loaded; respond to general product inquiries
- Ensure all personnel entering the yard follow safety rules and PPE requirements
- Perform final quality control checks to ensure product meets standards
- Inspect incoming product transfers for transport-related damage and report to supervisor
- Support other departments during seasonal slow-downs (e.g., production, sales, marketing, maintenance)
- Prepare special order picks for customers
- Receive and distribute deliveries on-site
- Collaborate daily with Customer Service on order fulfillment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in yard and facility buildings
- Assist with inventory control processes (cycle counts,



seasonal counts, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

- Experience operating all-terrain forklifts is required (minimum 1–2 years)
- Comfortable with walking, climbing, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions (hot, cold, dusty, noisy)
- Flexible and willing to perform a variety of tasks across departments
- Strong commitment to safety practices and workplace protocols
- Professional, friendly, and comfortable interacting with both internal staff and external drivers/customers
- Quick learner with the ability to memorize lot layout and product specifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience loading trucks (e.g., B-trains) is considered an asset
- Must have reliable transportation (no access to public transit)
