Barista & Cafe Team Member (Coffee, Croffles & Desserts)

Dessert Fox Croffles is looking for a friendly, reliable Barista who loves excellent coffee and unique desserts! We are a fast-paced, welcoming cafe located right on Bloor Street. We are currently looking for a mature, experienced team member with flexible availability to join us for a strictly part-time schedule.

What You'll Do

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Make, plate, and serve our signature croffles and gelato (full training provided).
- Provide exceptional customer service: warmly greet guests, take orders accurately, and answer menu questions.
- Operate our POS system for seamless ordering and responsible cash handling.
- Keep the café clean, organized, and fully stocked (bar, tools, seating area, and washrooms).




- Work efficiently to keep service fast and smooth during busy rushes.

What We're Looking For

- Experience (Hard Requirement): Previous barista or café experience is required. We are looking for mature candidates who can confidently handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism.
- Schedule Flexibility (Hard Requirement): Must have flexible availability to work varied shifts, including weekends.
- Work Authorization (Hard Requirement): Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Skills: Strong customer service, great communication, and the ability to multitask while staying calm during busy hours.
- Bonus Points: Basic knowledge of baking/desserts or a current food handling certification is a big plus!
