Private Home Team – Adult Client (ASD)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate therapist to join a private home-based team supporting an adult with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Schedule:

- Once per week: 6:00–8:00 PM
- One Saturday per month: 1:00–4:00 PM

Role Overview:
This position focuses on building independence and enhancing quality of life through individualized, goal-oriented support within the home environment (with a caregiver home).

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the development of daily living and life skills (e.g., routines, organization, independence)
- Facilitate social and conversational skill development in a naturalistic setting
- Implement and follow individualized programming plans
- Collaborate with the supervising clinician and team as needed




- Maintain professional, respectful, and supportive interactions

Ideal Candidate:

- Experience working with autistic adults
- Minimum of 1 year working in the field of ABA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, reliable, and proactive approach
- Comfortable working independently in a home setting

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
