Toronto Kia is currently seeking a Lot Attendant / Detail Back Up to join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

Purpose/Summary of Position:

This role is responsible for the daily organization, safety and cleanliness of the dealership lot including lot maintenance and snow removal and ensuring all inventory is presented in a professional and retail ready fashion in accordance with established processes and procedures. Fuel vehicles and prepare cars for the detailer, perform customer and internal details with supervision on head detailer, pick up and drop off for sublets. Additional duties for detailing vehicles and merchandising vehicles (taking photos) as required for dealership. This role is also responsible for ongoing collaboration with fellow team members and improving efficiencies whenever possible. Specific hours are Monday-Thursday 12pm-8pm and Saturday 9am-6pm. Shifts will be focused on assisting with lot attendant activities Monday-Thursday 12-4pm with detailing to be the main focus in the evenings and Saturdays.

Candidates must possess:

- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Must be able to physically able to handle the demands of the job and work outdoors in inclement weather conditions
