Abani is a growing home décor brand focused on creating beautifully designed products for modern living. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Marketing & Brand Manager to lead our marketing efforts and help elevate the brand to the next level.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You'll be responsible for developing and leading marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, drive customer acquisition, increase customer retention, and support revenue growth across all of our sales channels.
We're looking for someone who is creative, organized, data-driven, and passionate about building brands. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating across teams, managing multiple projects, and bringing marketing ideas to life from concept through execution.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategies that align with brand goals and target audiences.
- Manage product portfolios by coordinating product launches, updates, and promotions across online platforms to maximize visibility and sales.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including paid advertising, social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation to produce compelling visuals and messaging.
- Analyze sales data, traffic,
and customer feedback to optimize marketing efforts, improve user experience, and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product management, and creative to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
- Monitor budgeting processes for campaigns and initiatives to ensure efficient allocation of resources while achieving measurable results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce marketing or brand management with a strong understanding of omnichannel strategies.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing plans that drive revenue growth.
- Experience in product management within a digital or retail environment, managing lifecycle stages from launch to optimization.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets for strategic decision-making.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and resource allocation for large-scale marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Pay: From $43,636.57 per year
