We’re looking for friendly and energetic Servers who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing great customer service. If you have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people, we’d love to have you on our team.

- Greet guests and provide excellent service
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness of tables and dining areas
- Ensuring a memorable dining experience
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth service
- Upsell menu items when appropriate
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous serving experience is considered an asset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Smart Serve Certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with POS systems; cash handling expertise
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues diplomatically
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate staff effectively
- Ability to remain professional and organized during busy service periods

Bartender

Job Description:





Muskoka On The Rocks is seeking a skilled, outgoing Bartender who can create a welcoming atmosphere and prepare high-quality drinks. If you enjoy working in a lively setting and engaging with guests, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with guests and provide excellent service
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies
- Follow all alcohol service regulations
- Work with team members to ensure effective service

What We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years of bartending experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
- Smart Serve Certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues diplomatically
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability
