Position Summary

Metalmark is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations, with a focus on order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. This is a hands-on role for someone who works accurately, stays organized, and helps the team meet daily deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards. This can be a part time evenings and weekends, or full time.

Key Responsibilities

· Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately for shipment.

· Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and product condition.

· Load and unload couriers and LTL trucks using safe material-handling practices.

· Process shipping and receiving transactions and maintain accurate records.

· Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory movements and support inventory accuracy.

· Assist with cycle counts, stock organization, and inventory control activities.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

· Support quality checks and general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements





· Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or receiving experience is preferred.

· Experience with order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.

· Comfortable using warehouse systems or software to track orders and inventory.

· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

· Able to lift, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day.

· Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
