Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to manage chair rentals at our salon. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting clients with their rental needs, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a background in retail or front desk operations, and an interest in hair styling or beauty services. Responsibilities

- Greet clients warmly and assist them with chair rental inquiries and processes
- Manage appointment scheduling and walk-in requests efficiently
- Provide information about salon services, products, and rental options to clients
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the rental area and front desk
- Upsell additional services or products when appropriate to enhance client experience
- Handle retail sales transactions accurately and process payments securely




- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and questions answered
- Assist with front desk duties, including answering phones, managing bookings, and maintaining records

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience in hair styling, beauty services, or retail sales is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of sanitation standards within a salon environment is desirable
- Ability to perform upselling to promote additional salon services or products
- Previous experience working at a front desk or in retail sales is preferred
- Reliable, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $17.00-$49.37 per hour
