**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description**
As an Assembler, you build and assemble windows and exterior doors in a manufacturing environment that closely resembles indoor construction.

You work with a variety of hand and power tools, follow production orders and drawings, and ensure materials are properly prepared and inspected to meet quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Build and assemble windows and exterior doors according to production orders and drawings.
+ Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
+ Read and interpret production orders, drawings, and work instructions to complete assigned tasks.
+ Prepare, measure, and inspect materials to ensure they meet required specifications before assembly.
+ Perform mechanical and wood-based assembly tasks with attention to detail and quality.
+ Lift and move materials and finished products, including items up to 50 lbs.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area in a manufacturing environment.
+ Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while working with tools and equipment.

**Essential Skills**

+ Minimum 6+ months of experience working with hand tools and power tools.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools for assembly tasks.
+ Proficiency in using power tools in a manufacturing or construction setting.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly.
+ Basic construction or mechanical assembly experience.
+ Experience with wood work and related assembly processes.
+ Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Familiarity with reading production orders and basic drawings.
+ Experience in a manufacturing or indoor construction environment.
+ Strong attention to detail and quality in assembly work.
+ Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
+ Reliable work habits and willingness to adhere to safety procedures.
