About Us Kaia Naturals is a fast‑growing beauty and body‑care brand with operations in both Canada and the U.S. We’re entering a period of cross‑border uncertainty due to proposed U.S. tariff changes, and we’re proactively restructuring our logistics footprint.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Lead will oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and outbound fulfillment. You’ll be the operational anchor during a period of change — keeping things moving smoothly while we shift inventory between Canada and U.S. facilities. This role is permenant and will help us change the way we operate our warehouse

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory oversight — Maintain accurate stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Order fulfillment — Pick, pack, and ship daily orders with speed and accuracy and complete knowledge of carrier paperwork and customs requirements
- Booking and working with carriers with reasonable knowledge of terms and process
- Receiving & restocking — Manage inbound shipments and organize product storage
- Operational coordination — Communicate with our operations team regarding stock levels,



transfers, and timelines complete understanding of excel spread sheets
- Process upkeep — Maintain clean, organized, safety‑compliant warehouse space
- Digital Savy with comfort level with skills in Excell, Customs shipment paper-work

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or inventory management
- Comfortable working independently in a small warehouse environment
- Robust attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift and move boxes (typically 20–40 lbs)
- Someone who thrives in flexible, evolving operational environments
- Knowledge of EDI shipments
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and 3PL logistics providers
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers effectively

Hours & Structure

- 3 days per week
- Some flexibility scheduling within daytime hours

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
