Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team and drive the efficiency of our supply chain operations. In this role, you will oversee the coordination of warehouse distribution, transportation management, and order fulfillment processes. Your proactive approach will ensure seamless shipping and receiving, optimize inventory management, and support continuous process improvements. Duties

- Manage warehouse distribution activities, including order picking, packaging, and shipping & receiving operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate transportation management systems (TMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to optimize freight routes, scheduling, and costs.
- Oversee procurement and sourcing activities related to materials management and inventory replenishment.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced service levels.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL), freight carriers, and internal teams to streamline logistics workflows.
- Monitor demand planning and pricing strategies to align inventory levels with customer needs and market trends.




- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), AS400, and other tools for accurate data entry, reporting, and process tracking.

Requirements

- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or materials management within a supply chain environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, WMS, AS400, transportation management systems (TMS), and freight coordination.
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex logistics metrics for process optimization.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, sourcing strategies, demand planning, and pricing models.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse equipment such as forklifts; certification is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating across teams including procurement, warehouse staff, carriers, and suppliers.
