Job Summary

We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the Bolton area within an automotive parts manufacturing and distribution environment. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of warehouse experience who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a reliable team.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support receiving, picking, packing, palletizing, inventory movement, and general warehouse operations in a large distribution facility. This is a great chance for a dependable candidate who is eager to grow long term with a team-focused operation that values safety, communication, accuracy, and a positive work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, move, pick, pack, and prepare materials and parts for branch replenishment throughout the warehouse.
- Build and wrap skids,



mark pallets with identifying store information, and maintain accurate inventory paperwork.
- Use RF scanners, manual pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area through sweeping, garbage disposal, dusting, and spill cleanup.
- Follow all safety procedures, report any injury or incident immediately, and read and follow safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Perform basic math accurately when counting, measuring, adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing inventory-related quantities.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $19.50 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.

Days 6:30am-3pm or afternoons 2:30pm-11pm available
