Carpenter / Renovation Specialist

She Flipped Renovations is looking for a reliable and motivated Carpenter/Renovation Specialist to join our growing team. We specialize in apartment and townhome turnover projects, suite restorations, and residential renovations for property management companies, with a significant amount of our current work located in Edmonton and Red Deer.

Because every project is different, applicants should be comfortable performing a variety of renovation tasks. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

- Install luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring
- Perform drywall installation, repairs, mudding, taping, and sanding
- Prime and paint walls, ceilings, trim, and doors
- Install baseboards, casing, interior doors, and finish carpentry
- Complete demolition and preparation work as required
- Complete minor framing and general carpentry tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate professionally with tenants, property managers, and team members

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of carpentry or renovation experience (preferred)
- Experience installing LVP flooring




- Experience with drywall, mudding, taping, sanding, and painting
- Experience installing baseboards, casing, and finish trim
- Able to work in both vacant and occupied residential units
- Comfortable working around tenants while maintaining professionalism
- Must have your own basic hand tools
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime available when required
