Junior Project Coordinator — WDK Management Inc.

WDK Management Inc. is looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join our team supporting residential apartment turnover renovations across the GTA and surrounding regions.

This is an entry-level role built for a self-starter — someone who takes ownership, shows up prepared, and doesn't need to be micromanaged to get the job done right. You'll be our eyes and ears on the ground: inspecting completed renovation work, scoping vacant units before work begins, documenting conditions clearly, and helping make sure every project is completed properly and consistently to WDK's standards.

If you're detail-oriented, comfortable working independently as well as with a team, and looking for a role with real room to grow, this could be a great fit. We're a growing company, and this position has strong potential to move into more senior roles for the right person.

What You'll Do

- Visit residential units before, during, and after renovation work
- Scope vacant apartments and identify required work
- Take explicit photos, videos, and notes documenting unit conditions
- Inspect completed work for quality, completeness, and deficiencies
- Report issues clearly to management




- Confirm completed work matches the approved scope
- Help track project progress and outstanding items
- Communicate professionally with building staff, trades, and management

What We're Looking For

- A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through without needing constant direction
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable taking photos, videos, and writing clear, organized notes
- Valid driver's license and access to a car — this is a traveling role in the GTA and surrounding areas
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule on the road
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Basic phone/computer skills

Nice to Have

- Experience in renovations, construction, maintenance, property management, or inspections
- Knowledge of rental housing or multi-unit residential buildings
