Overview
As a Sales Representative, your top priority is to prospect, qualify, and generate new business. You’ll be responsible for selling Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Technology (STEAM) products, with an emphasis on VEX Robotics classroom kits, drones, 3D printers, laser cutters, and design software. Base Salary is complemented with commission and bonus to achieve top of pay scale.

Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential school district and commercial customers.
- Commit to prospecting by phone, email, networking, attending industry events, and social media.
- Find new business, Qualify leads, complete discovery calls and win the deal!
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Collaborate with team to refine messaging and campaigns
- Represent iDESIGN 365 at events and conferences

Skills

- Fluent in English(spoken and written). French is an asset.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer outreach
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade clients while maintaining a positive rapport.
- Experience with CRM platforms for managing customer relationships.
- Background in sales is preferred,



showcasing the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Knowledge of technical sales processes is a plus, enabling you to articulate product features clearly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring clarity in all client interactions.
- A proactive approach to business development, demonstrating initiative in seeking out new opportunities.
- An understanding of VEX Robotics and STEM education solutions.
- Ability to learn current technology and present it.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
