Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Residential Framer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing and installing the structural framework of residential buildings, ensuring precision, safety, and quality at every step. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, transforming blueprints into sturdy, reliable homes. Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute framing layouts
- Construct wall frames, floors, ceilings, roof trusses, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools
- Operate heavy equipment such as cranes or forklifts safely to move materials into position
- Measure and cut wood, concrete forms, siding, and other materials with precision for proper fit and finish
- Install siding, sheathing, insulation, and other exterior or interior building components




- Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks as needed for foundation or structural support elements
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications

Skills

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, woodworking, concrete forming, and concrete finishing
- Experience with heavy lifting and the operation of heavy equipment safely
- Skilled in the use of hand tools (hammers, saws) and power tools (drills, saws) for framing tasks
- Ability to perform siding installation and restoration work with attention to detail
- Knowledge of welding techniques for structural reinforcement when required
- Excellent physical stamina for sustained heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
- Prior construction experience in residential settings is highly preferred

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
