Required skills and qualifications:

- Previous production environment experience an asset
- Familiarity with safe food handling practices a plus
- Meticulous attention to detail essential
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on current challenges
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment
- Effective communication skills in English required

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Prepare and package food products to exacting standards, including assembly, presentation, wrapping, and labeling
- Maintain consistently high product quality, with attention to detail and presentation




- Adhere to and enforce all company policies, procedures, and government regulations
- Implement rigorous cleaning and sanitation practices to meet regulatory standards
- Prioritize Health and Safety protocols to optimize efficiency, work safety, and food safety
- Provide support with inventory management, ordering supplies, and other tasks as required
- Other duties as assigned

Starting Wage: $17.60 per hour

Must be available to work varying shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, Monday to Sunday.
