Club Description: Craigowan Golf Club is a member-focused golf facility in Woodstock, Ontario, offering a welcoming club experience, golf operations, dining, events, and seasonal programs.

Job Description: As a Pro Shop Attendant, you will act as a key member of the Golf Operations team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting day-to-day pro shop and golf operations at Craigowan.

Responsibilities:

- Treat guests in a courteous, respectful, and friendly manner.
- Provide fast and effective service while anticipating guest needs.
- Attend to customer needs as they pertain to retail and golf.
- Answer phone inquiries in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Assist with tournament,



league, and golf operation support as assigned.
- Be familiar and efficient with cash procedures for opening and closing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming pro shop environment.
- Assist the golf team with various assigned tasks.
- Work inside the Craigowan Pro Shop unless instructed otherwise.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license.
- Current or previous experience in golf services is an asset.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong technical computer skills.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
- Clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance.
- Dependable and conscientious work habits.
- Great attention to detail.
- An understanding of the game of golf.
- Ability to take charge in a busy environment.
- Ability to accurately manage cash.
- Robust sense to make smart decisions routinely.
- Work hours as scheduled.
