Signature Support Services provides support to people with developmental disabilities in their home, work and leisure environments.

Residential Services is presently seeking Group Home Worker positions for individuals with complex needs.

Please note due to the nature of support needs, we are only able to acccept female applicants at this time.

The qualifications for the position are as follows:

- Positive physical & mental health.
- A valid class 5 license and reliable vehicle.
- Educational background (diploma or degree), or experience (2 plus years) in the Human Services Field.
- Experience working with behaviors and behavior support plans
- SIVA / NVCI is a must
- Experience in personal care.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.




- Positive team player who is goal directed.
- Flexible to work days,evening and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00 per hour plus an additional $3-$4.50/ hour complex premium when working directly with the individual.

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Pay: $21.99-$22.00 per hour
