Student Works Home Maintenance is hiring motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Full time Window Cleaners and Exterior Home Maintenance Technicians. You will work on residential properties across North York and Toronto delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services while representing the Student Works brand professionally.

This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy physical work, being outside, and working in a supportive team environment. You will receive full training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed. This position may also qualify as a paid co-op opportunity for eligible students.

Responsibilities

- Perform window cleaning on residential homes

- Complete exterior services such as:

- Gutter cleaning

- Gutter guard installation

- Pressure washing

- Polymeric sand installation

- Set up and safely use ladders and cleaning equipment

- Maintain a professional and respectful presence with homeowners

- Follow safety procedures and company training guidelines





- Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining high-quality standards

- Keep tools and job sites organized and safe

- Full-time hours (approximately 40–50 hours per week)

- $20–$24 per hour + tips

Requirements

- Must be legally able to work in Canada

- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

- Able to perform physical labour and lift equipment

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Access to reliable transportation is an asset

- Valid driver’s license required

- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights (training provided)

- Experience in window cleaning, outdoor labour, or customer service is preferred, but no prior experience is required as full training is provided.
