Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our busy kitchen team. In this role, you will be essential in preparing high-quality food items efficiently and safely, ensuring our guests enjoy delicious meals every time. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, eager to learn, and ready to work in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

- Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients according to recipes and standards.
- Cook menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Support food safety protocols by following health regulations and handling food properly.
- Help with meal assembly during busy hours to ensure timely service.




- Participate in inventory checks and report shortages or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent food service.

Experience

- Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced setting.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new techniques.

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
