Your Impact at Platform

The successful candidate will assist our team with a variety of tasks. We are looking for professionals who want to join an exciting, fast paced environment with a strong learning culture and a focus on overall development

- Provides support to the Account Director on a book of business (inclusive of annual, international and project placements)
- Be the day-to-day contact for a client contact on the assigned book of business, triaging requests during the renewal process and during the lifecycle of the annual program
- Assist with certificate and invoice issuance in periods of high transactional requests, including any formal documentation needed for the use of unlicensed carriers
- Assist the Account Director with broking services on renewal and mid-term placements for the assigned book of business
- Main point of contact for a client’s tendering process,



from reviewing contracts, ensuring alignment against the corporate program, providing indicative pricing if required, and assisting the client with any vendor/client negotiations and/or meetings

Education, Experience & Qualifications

- RIBO Level 1 License
- Knowledge of Applied Systems EPIC Broker Management System is preferred
- Insurance and/or construction experience is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within a team environment with strong interpersonal skills
- Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
