Job Description: Reporting to the general manager, you will be responsible for front to back project management of various types of signage projects

Job Responsibilities

· Ensure all required information is successfully communicated from the client to required internal departments

· Review work orders for accuracy

· Prepare documents for survey & installation details

· Assist with client feedback for proofing and specific color information

· Lead Kick-Off meetings for larger projects

· Gather information for sign permits and other project related documents

· Communicate with co-workers and clients regarding project timelines

· Provide excellent customer service in a timely manor

· Review installation photos





Qualifications and Skills

· Project coordination/management experience in a similar field

· Customer service experience

· Excellent organization and time management skills

· Positive attitude with good communication skills

· Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills

· Proficiency in computer software applications including Microsoft Office

· Troubleshoot problems as they arise

· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

· Motivated by the chance to learn and take on additional responsibility

Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role, signage industry experience is preferred.
