As Front Desk Agent, You Will

- Greet arriving guests, check in and assign rooms
- Take, cancel and change room reservations
- Process telephone calls
- Process wake-up calls
- Provide information on hotel facilities and guest services




- Provide general information about points of interest in the area
- Arrange services required for guests with special needs
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments
- Provide exceptional guest service
- Clerical duties as required
- Work along side of the hotel team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere

Who You Are

- Positive and outgoing personality
- Love for building strong relationships with team members, our guests and the community

What You Bring

- Versatile Availability - our Front Desk staff will work a variety of shifts
- Excellent oral communication
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Food Handling Certification and Responsible Beverage Certification is required
- Front desk experience is considered an asset
- Previous experience with WebRezPro considered an asset
