​Role Summary

​We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our suites remain impeccably clean and organized, directly contributing to a warm, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest throughout their stay.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Guest Relations & Communication: Relay guest feedback and service issues to the management team promptly to ensure swift, appropriate resolution.
- ​Team Coordination: Lead the housekeeping team in the absence of the manager by organizing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and assigning daily duties.
- ​Training & Support: Help onboard and train housekeeping staff, and step in to assist with general cleaning and housekeeping duties whenever necessary.
- ​Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to all company security protocols, environmental policies, and Health and Safety Management Programs.

​Job Requirements





- ​Experience: Prior experience in housekeeping or custodial services within the hospitality or hotel sector is required.
- ​Physical Capabilities:
- ​Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver objects weighing up to 25 lbs independently.
- ​Ability to stand or walk for long periods, with physical mobility to bend, reach overhead, crouch, twist, and kneel.
- ​Flexibility & Stamina: A positive, high-energy approach to a flexible schedule, including a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- ​Core Skills:
- ​Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- ​Ability to work efficiently under pressure, both independently and collaboratively as a team player, with minimal supervision.
