Aircraft Avionics Integrator – Permanent Opportunity – Mirabel, QC

Are you an experienced Avionics Systems Engineer looking to influence the future of commercial aircraft? Join a leading aerospace engineering team where you'll play a key role in the design, integration, and evolution of next-generation avionics systems while ensuring the highest standards of safety, certification, and in-service performance.

What you'll do:

- Lead the definition of aircraft requirements and design objectives for avionics system modifications.
- Ensure engineering solutions meet safety, certification, customer, and program requirements.
- Support investigations into in-service issues by identifying root causes and developing technical solutions.
- Evaluate design and technology trade-offs to optimize overall aircraft performance.
- Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary engineering teams and guide projects from concept through implementation.
- Collaborate with program teams to establish engineering priorities and deliver solutions on schedule.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across Chief Engineering to shape the future of avionics integration.





What we're looking for:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in aerospace avionics systems design or integration.
- Strong technical leadership with experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
- Proven ability to work with customer support, suppliers, and engineering stakeholders to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to senior leadership and customers.
- Solid understanding of aircraft systems development, airframe integration, certification, and airworthiness requirements.
