What You Will Do
- Greet customers and understand their service needs in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare clear and accurate repair estimates
- Maintain all service related paperwork and track customer vehicles throughout the process
- Provide timely updates to customers and ensure outstanding communication
- Answer incoming calls from customers, vendors and team members
- Keep repair order files organized and easily accessible
- Assist in visual and auditory inspections to identify vehicle issues or visible damage
- Collaborate closely with technicians and the Service Manager to ensure smooth workflow
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate daily service flow
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Help maintain a clean and organized service department
- Ensure all customer and vehicle information is recorded accurately
What You Bring
- Valid G or G2 class drivers license
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to learn and follow processes while using our computer systems
- Comfortable working in a fast paced team environment
- Ability to make sound decisions and provide a professional customer experience
- Basic understanding of automotive systems or parts is helpful but not required
