We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team in the following positions:

What You'll Do
- Residential framing and structural carpentry
- Concrete formwork and foundations
- Decks, exterior finishing, and renovations
- Read and interpret construction drawings
- Install beams, joists, walls, and roof systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Work closely with experienced carpenters and project managers
Qualifications
- Residential construction experience is an asset
- Positive attitude and solid work ethic
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Kelowna and surrounding areas
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
- Ability to lift 50 lb and perform physical work safely

Wage
Competitive hourly wages based on experience and qualifications.
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
