Duties

- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care with precision and care.
- Deliver personalized consultations to recommend suitable skincare routines and products tailored to each guest’s needs.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations and salon standards.
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting clients warmly, addressing their questions, and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Conduct product demos and upsell beauty products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing client check-ins, and handling retail sales transactions.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques,



and product offerings to ensure expert advice and service delivery.

Skills

- Robust customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with clients.
- Excellent communication skills for clear consultations and team collaboration.
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations to promote services effectively.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Proficiency in performing aesthetic treatments such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair styling, and nail care.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
