- Design HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for commercial and institutional facilities
- Lead HVAC engineering tasks including design, drafting, calculations, and economic analysis
- Lead small to medium HVAC projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams

- Lead and manage HVAC projects and initiatives
- Ensure projects meet or exceed company standards
- Provide expert diagnostics and system optimization
- Coordinate with engineering and capacity planning teams
- Mentor junior engineers
- Manage vendors, contractors, and consultants
- Develop SOPs and technical documentation
- Develop and enforce engineering standards and policies
- Resolve complex cross-functional issues
- Recommend system enhancements
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in critical facilities or data centers
