Passion Mechanical is a growing plumbing company specializing in condominium and residential service throughout the GTA. We're looking for an experienced and Licensed Service Plumber who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in condominium and residential buildings.
- Respond to scheduled service calls and 24/7 emergency service calls.
- Troubleshoot leaks, drain backups, water supply issues, fixtures, and piping systems.
- Perform drain cleaning, camera inspections, valve replacements, fixture installations, and general plumbing repairs.
- Complete detailed service reports and communicate findings with the office.
- Provide professional, courteous service to residents and property managers.
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of condominium and residential service plumbing experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.




- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple service calls.
- Valid G Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle available for daily service calls.
- Own basic hand tools.
- Must be available to participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours and emergency service.
- Experience with after-hours emergency service is considered an asset.
