On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for an Integration Analyst. This position is onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Integration Analyst - Job Description:
The IT Integration Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise system integrations. This role focuses on ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure data movement and system interoperability using Dell Boomi and Azure Data Factory across cloud and on-premises platforms.

Integration Analyst - Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain system integrations using Dell Boomi and Azure Data Factory.
- Build and manage data pipelines, process workflows, APIs, and event-driven integrations.
- Support real-time and batch data integrations between internal systems, third-party applications, and cloud services.
- Monitor integration performance and implement error handling, retries, alerts, and logging.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration and data requirements.
- Provide operational support for production integrations, including incident investigation and resolution.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across integrated systems.





Integration Analyst - Mandatory Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi and Azure Data Factory.
- Robust understanding of integration patterns (ETL/ELT, API-led integration, event-driven architecture).
- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, CSV, and flat files.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
- Understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Integration Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or Event Grid.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for integration deployments.
- Experience with data warehousing or analytics integrations.
- Boomi or Azure certifications.
- Experience supporting integrations in a large enterprise environment.
