Responsibilities

- Diagnose hardware and software issues on various mobile devices such as Android and iOS smartphones and tablets.
- Perform repairs including screen replacements, battery swaps, port repairs, and component replacements using hand tools.
- Troubleshoot operating systems (Android, iOS) and software problems to restore device functionality efficiently.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to identify faults and guide repair procedures accurately.
- Test repaired devices thoroughly to ensure optimal performance before returning them to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and troubleshooting steps taken.




- Assist retail sales teams by providing technical support and product knowledge related to mobile devices and accessories.

Requirements

- Proven experience repairing mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets across multiple operating systems including Android and iOS.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems like macOS and Windows.
- Skilled in using hand tools for delicate repairs on small electronic components.
- Ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and troubleshooting guides effectively.
- Excellent analysis skills to identify issues quickly and determine appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with software troubleshooting techniques for mobile devices and computers.
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus, demonstrating strong communication skills.
