Senior Bartender

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Bartender to lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring smooth day-to-day bar operations. The ideal candidate has strong cocktail knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards.
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
- Assist in supervising bartenders and supporting servers when needed.
- Train and mentor new bartenders and ensure bar standards are followed.
- Open and close the bar, including cash reconciliation and shift reports.
- Maintain inventory, monitor stock levels, and report shortages.
- Ensure the bar is clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout each shift.
- Verify guest identification and follow all liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Prepare garnishes, syrups, and bar mixes as required.




- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Work closely with management to improve service, sales, and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate POS transactions and cash handling procedures.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

- 3–5+ years of bartending experience.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment.
- Smart Serve certification (required in Ontario).
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
