The right company changes everything.
Great residential teams do not happen by accident. They are built by people who show up consistently, support others, protect standards, and lead through action.
At The Kind Hearted Company, our clients invite us into the most personal space they have: their homes. That trust is something we never take lightly.
We are hiring Residential Team Leads and Residential Supervisors. Candidates will be considered for either position based on their previous experience, leadership skills, qualifications, and overall fit. Both roles are working leadership positions: you will continue performing residential cleaning while leading, coaching, supporting, and helping develop the Residential Cleaning team.
This is a fully structured employee position, not contractor work. Real leadership support. Real growth. People first. That is not a slogan. It is how we run this company.

About This Role
This is a working leadership position, and that distinction matters.
Successful candidates will be hired as either a Residential Team Lead or a Residential Supervisor, depending on their previous experience, leadership skills, qualifications, and overall fit. Both are hands-on leadership roles: you will spend your shift working alongside the team, cleaning, coaching, and holding the standard, while also supporting the field and administrative needs of the Residential Division.
Hours will vary depending on the position offered: approximately 25–30 hours per week for Team Leads, and 30–35 hours per week for Supervisors. Schedule will vary based on operational needs. Adaptable availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, is required.
Great leaders work beside their teams. They do not simply oversee the work. They understand it, respect it, and hold the standard.

- Enjoy supporting and developing others
- Bring a positive, can-do attitude to the team
- Want long-term career growth, not just another job

Growth & Career Path
We promote from within. Full stop.
The Residential Division is growing, and we are building the leadership team from within. The people who show up consistently, take ownership, and support others are the ones we invest in. As responsibility grows, wages grow.
Residential Cleaner → Residential Team Lead → Residential Supervisor → Operations Manager
