PART-TIME PRODUCTION BAKER - JJ BEAN COQUITLAM

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS. 4 AM START TIME

Primary responsibilities:

- Making yeast dough, fillings, and glazes.
- Frying and decorating donuts.
- Maintaining inventory and ordering ingredients.
- Maintaining a clean and organized working environment.

This opportunity might be right for you if*:

- Have a car or another reliable mode of transportation.
- Have completed a Baking and Pastry program.
- Are familiar with baking a variety of quickbreads (muffins, scones, cookies, etc.) and Viennoiseries.
- Are familiar with mixing equipment (Hobart).
- Proficient in making dough and various fillings (pastry cream, fruit fillings, etc).
- Enjoy a busy, physically active work workplace.
- Have a positive, solutions oriented attitude.
- Can communicate effectively in the English language.
- Are reliable and punctual.
- Love to learn new things and are open to feedback.
- Are able to stand for 8 hours per day.
- Are able to lift up to 25kg.
- Have a valid work permit to work in Canada.
- Have flexible availbility.
- Must be available to work weekends.
