Compensation

100% Commission-Based

No hourly wage.

No salary.

No earning cap.

Your income is based entirely on your performance.

Commission Structure

- Earn 10% commission on every completed sale.
- Increase your commission up to 17% based on monthly performance.
- Weekly commission payouts available.
- Unlimited earning potential.

Top performers have the opportunity to earn several thousand dollars per week.

What You'll Be Doing

- Knock residential neighbourhoods across the GTA.
- Speak directly with homeowners.
- Educate vehicle owners on up-to-date vehicle theft.
- Demonstrate the advantages of our security system.
- Schedule installations.
- Collect customer deposits.
- Update sales activity using our CRM.
- Meet daily and weekly sales targets.

Territories

You'll work in upscale residential neighbourhoods throughout:

- Hamilton
- Burlington
- Oakville
- Mississauga
- Vaughan
- Richmond Hill
- Markham
- North York
- Etobicoke
- Scarborough
- Oshawa
- Whitby
- Ajax
- Pickering

Assignments are provided by management.

Schedule

Preferred Availability:

- Monday–Saturday
- 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM





Flexible scheduling available for high performers.

Requirements

Must be:

- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- At least 18 years old
- Comfortable walking several hours daily
- Comfortable speaking with strangers
- Professional in appearance
- Self-motivated
- Goal-oriented
- Reliable

Reliable transportation is considered an asset.

Experience

Requirements

Applicants must:

- Be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid G driver's license.
- Have valid automobile insurance.
- Be comfortable walking several hours per day.
- Be confident speaking with homeowners face-to-face.
- Be professional, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Have a smartphone with internet access for CRM updates and communication.

Reliable transportation is mandatory, as this position requires travel to assigned sales territories throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

Pay

Commission only

Expected earnings vary based on performance.
