We're looking for an experienced Commercial Mechanical Project Manager who is organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering successful projects from award through closeout. What You'll Be Responsible For

- Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from handoff through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, general contractors, suppliers, and field supervisors.
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Procure materials and equipment while maintaining project budgets.
- Prepare and manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress billings.
- Monitor labor productivity and project financial performance.
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Mentor Project Coordinators and support field leadership.
- Ensure projects comply with company quality standards, safety requirements, and Alberta legislation.
- Manage project closeout including deficiencies, commissioning, warranties, and final documentation.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience in commercial mechanical construction.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, hydronic, HVAC, and gas systems.




- Excellent understanding of commercial construction processes and contract administration.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

- Journeyperson Plumber, Gasfitter, HVAC, or Mechanical Engineering background.
- Experience with Design-Build and Integrated Project Delivery projects.
- Familiarity with COR and quality management systems.

Pay: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
