About the Role

As our Wedding Film Consultant & Client Experience Manager, you'll often be the first person a couple meets after contacting Inspired Motion Films.

Your role is not simply to book weddings.

Your role is to build trust, understand each couple's story, guide them through the planning process, and ensure they feel confident that they've found the right team to preserve one of the most meaningful days of their lives.

You'll help transform inquiries into lasting relationships while delivering the personal, thoughtful experience that defines Inspired Motion Films.

Responsibilities

Client Discovery

* Respond promptly and professionally to new wedding inquiries.
* Schedule and conduct discovery consultations.
* Learn about each couple's relationship, wedding plans, and vision.
* Listen carefully before offering recommendations.

Wedding Film Consultation

* Guide couples through our wedding film collections.
* Recommend the collection that best fits their day and priorities.




* Clearly explain our filmmaking approach and client experience.
* Answer questions honestly and confidently.

Booking & Client Experience

* Guide couples through the booking process.
* Coordinate contracts, deposits, and scheduling.
* Maintain consistent communication throughout the planning process.
* Keep accurate records of client conversations and important details.
* Work closely with the filmmaking team to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry through final delivery.

Relationship Building

* Follow up with prospective couples thoughtfully and respectfully.
* Build trust through genuine conversation rather than sales pressure.
* Help every couple feel valued, understood, and supported.

Compensation

This is a commission-based independent contractor position with a flexible schedule and remote-friendly work environment.

Commission % Based, depending on the level of responsibility and involvement in the client journey.

As Inspired Motion Films grows, there will be opportunities to expand into broader client experience, coordination, and leadership responsibilities.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Casual

Pay: $10,000.00 per year
