Medical Office Assistant (MOA) – Family Medicine Clinic

A busy family medicine clinic in North Battleford, Saskatchewan is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Medical Office Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Register patients and maintain accurate medical records
- Process referrals, requisitions, and incoming/outgoing faxes
- Scan and upload documents into the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Assist with physician billing and general administrative duties
- Maintain patient confidentiality and support the smooth operation of the clinic

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Medical Office Assistant is preferred
- Experience using Med Access EMR is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational,



and computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Professional, reliable, and compassionate with patients
