Varnish Nails & Beauty is hiring a professional and creative Receptionist / Sales Associate / Social Media Coordinator to support front-desk operations, retail sales, and social media management in our high-end Yaletown salon.

This in-salon role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, beauty retail, appointment booking, POS systems, and social media content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Front desk reception and guest experience
- Appointment booking and schedule management
- Answering phones and client inquiries
- POS operation and payment processing
- Retail sales and product recommendations
- Maintaining reception, waiting, and retail areas
- Assisting management with daily operations
- Creating, planning, and posting social media content (Instagram posts, stories, reels, promotions)
- Engaging with followers and responding to messages
- Capturing in-salon content (services, products, team)

Qualifications

- Experience in reception, retail, or customer service
- Beauty, skincare, or nail industry knowledge required




- Social media content creation experience required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable working independently
- Part-time position

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
