AURORA WONDERLAND TOURS INC. (dba Aurora Wonderland & Beck’s Kennels Tours) is seeking 4 Tour Guides for their Aurora Borealis and Sled Dog tours in Yellowknife.

Full time, $22.00 per hour, bonus depends on performance, 30-40 hours per week.

Duties:

· Escort individuals or groups on scheduled tours of the Aurora Borealis;

· Escort individuals or groups on scheduled sled dog tours;

· Describe the Aurora Borealis and sled dogs, answer questions, and provide information

· about points of interest on the tours;

· Provide historical and scientific facts about the phenomenon;

· Offer additional attraction packages while on tour;

· Ensure safety of all travellers on group tours.

Requirements:

· On-the-job training is provided;

· English language ability required;

· Secondary school completion is an asset;





· Experience in Aurora viewing and sled dog tours are an asset;

· Driver’s license is an asset;

· Japanese and Chinese language is an asset.
